Local First Arizona & City of Mesa to Create New Downtown Food Hall

In response to COVID-19 impacts on the restaurant industry, the City of Mesa purchased a historic former grocery store along Main Street, working with Local First Arizona, to create a new community kitchen and hub for aspiring culinary entrepreneurs.

The first collaboration between Holly Street Studio and our long-time friends at 180 Degrees Design + Build, and Venue Projects, the Restaurant Incubator will feature open public dining, commissary, shared commercial kitchens, flexible vendor spaces for up to 8 tenants, and professional training spaces.

The project is set to begin construction later this year, opening in 2026.
